It’s really hard to undo the work of eating oh so tasty bad food. You can’t out train a bad diet! Have some fruit or a healthier alternative instead. You’ll feel better for it later!

Though, I just remembered that I had some tortilla chips with melted cheese and salsa earlier. :o I need to work THAT off tonight, not add more unhealthy foods to the day. >_<
