I want to make peanut butter brownies. >_< I don’t think I can resist…

Resist! I’ll resist the siren call of chocolate if you skip the brownies.

But… but… I have training tonight! I can make it up! :o >_>

It’s really hard to undo the work of eating oh so tasty bad food. You can’t out train a bad diet! Have some fruit or a healthier alternative instead. You’ll feel better for it later!

I had 1/2 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats and skim milk instead. \o/ Thanks for the support!

Though, I just remembered that I had some tortilla chips with melted cheese and salsa earlier. :o I need to work THAT off tonight, not add more unhealthy foods to the day. >_<
