i went for a two mile run tonight!
i started out thinking, “oh boy! i forgot how much i enjoy this and how easy it’s coming back.” ten minutes later, and my body (especially my calves) are tensing up, and i can hear my breathing over my mp3 player.
i finished my run in 30 minutes, which is a 15 minute mile pace. not exactly spectacular, and i walked a lot of the run, but it’s a start!
because new month, new day, and the theme for my march challenge is to sweat it out and not sweat my weight too much. cheesy i know, but we’ll see how it goes =p
