I bought my first ever top from Forever 21. It was exciting! I have been there countless times over the years just circling the accessory tables and checking out handbags while my thin friends tried on and bought clothes. This was a big deal for me! Then I went to Target and got myself a pair of 5 pound weights..
Eating, I’m back 100%!
Breakfast: oatmeal & apple
Lunch: greek yogurt & banana
Dinner: chicken & broccoli
I purposely ate light today to balance out yesterday..
i always enjoy reading your posts, and i’m really happy and excited for the progress that you are making =] i hope you know that your posts motivate and inspire me. i love that you were able to just get right back on track with eating right and you intentionally ate lighter in order to balance out yesterday’s meals. i think my trouble is that i have an all or nothing type of mentality, and so i stress out about my food, and when i slip up, i catastrophize a little minor slip, which leads to binging. you seem as though you are just taking in and enjoying each step of this weight loss journey, and i am going to try to embrace that mentality =] keep up the good work lady!
